What is CBCheck?
CBCheck is a free AI job matchmaker that helps CDL drivers find better job opportunities based on their preferences. We partner with carriers to provide a vetted pool of jobs to the drivers.
How is this different from traditional recruiting agencies?
Driver matches come at a fraction of the cost of traditional recruiting agencies. We're primarily focused on helping drivers find jobs matching their criteria/qualifications, so we only make a profit if the driver ends up staying with a carrier.
How do you find and match drivers?
We reach drivers through social channels (TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, Reddit, etc.), not job boards. Our AI matchmaker acts as their job search helper and matches them to the right carriers.
Do I need to change my systems (e.g. Tenstreet)?
No. We work with your existing workflow — either sending matched drivers directly or routing them into your ATS.
