CBCheck ("we", "our", or "us") is a service operated by Small Big Things Inc., a United States company.
This Privacy Policy explains how Small Big Things Inc. dba CBCheck ("CBCheck," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use CBCheck's services, including when you submit information through our online forms and communicate with us by SMS/text (collectively, the "Service").

- Provide and operate the Service (including job-search intake, qualification follow-ups, matching, introductions, and service communications)
- Communicate with you by email, phone, and SMS in response to your request and where you have provided consent
- Improve the Service and internal operations (e.g., troubleshooting, analytics)

3) SMS/Text Messaging Privacy (Important)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS/text messages, CBCheck may use your phone number to send one-to-one conversational messages related to your job search and requested introductions (for example: intake follow-ups, qualification questions, scheduling, interview coordination, and status updates).
- Consent method: Consent is collected when you submit a "Request Intro" (or similar) form on CBCheck and provide your mobile phone number. This may include our website forms and, if used, third-party lead forms (for example, Meta instant forms) that direct your request to CBCheck. These forms are first-party request forms submitted directly to CBCheck and are not purchased leads or shared marketing lists.
- No promotional SMS: We do not send promotional marketing texts or unsolicited recruiting/job advertisement blasts.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP or email contact@cbcheck.com.
- Recordkeeping: Your messages and our messages may be stored to provide the Service, support requests, and for recordkeeping, compliance, and dispute resolution.
No sale of SMS data: We do not sell your phone number or SMS content.
No sharing for marketing by others: We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Messaging Terms & Consumer Protections
- Message frequency varies depending on your placement process and responses.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
- Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not transfer, sell, or share SMS consent, phone numbers, or messaging data with third parties except with vendors required to provide the messaging service on our behalf.

Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the Service (for example: form platforms such as Meta lead forms, scheduling tools, analytics tools, hosting providers, and SMS delivery providers). They may process personal information only on our instructions to provide services to us.
Carriers (introductions you request)
CBCheck may share certain information you provide (such as your name, contact information, and relevant job-search preferences/qualifications) with motor carriers in order to facilitate introductions and placement assistance that you request. We do not share your phone number with carriers for their independent marketing purposes.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Business transfers
If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
