CBCheck SMS/Text Messaging Policy
This page explains how CBCheck collects consent and uses SMS/text messages.
1) Who We Are
CBCheck is a driver job placement service that helps CDL drivers connect with compatible motor carriers based on the driver's preferences and qualifications.
2) How You Opt In
Drivers opt in by submitting a "Request Intro" (or similar) form on CBCheck and providing a mobile phone number to request job placement assistance and carrier introductions.
By submitting the form, you request that CBCheck contact you and you consent to receive one-to-one conversational SMS/text messages related to your job search.
We do not use keyword-based opt-in for this service.
3) What Messages You Will Receive
- Intake and qualification questions
- Preference collection (route type, equipment, endorsements, etc.)
- Scheduling and coordination (calls/interviews)
- Status updates related to introductions with carriers
CBCheck does not send promotional marketing texts or unsolicited recruiting/job advertisement blasts.
4) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your placement activity and typically ranges from 1–10 messages per job search/request.
5) Opt Out / Help
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or email contact@cbcheck.com.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
6) Privacy
Phone numbers are used to provide job placement assistance and facilitate introductions with carriers that match your preferences. CBCheck does not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
